For more information about Digital Natives and Immigrants have a look at the websites and books of Marc Prensky and John Palfrey

Interesting, and wasn't it difficult getting your tongue around digital immigrants, settlers and natives, quite a tongue twister, rather you than me. LOL ;) I am still trying to work out which category I am!? Never mind I'll think about that one ;) I tend to agree with most said, apart from there always being some exceptions. I strongly agree with the later area of this discussion about companies having someone physical behind answering e-mails and more importantly being very quick with the reply as (we) customers expect online (quick) answers and that's how it should be. Thanks! Aniya

Well, as you are not born after 1980 but you get around the internet and mobile devices “quite well” ;) you are a Digital Settler. Like me and Kay.

And what are the points you don't agree with? Let it all out ;) .
