		<description>4.0 is absolutely horrible. Most folks I know who &quot;upgraded&quot; went back to 3.8 shortly thereafter. Even on Skype&#039;s website, there are many many comments to the 4.0 release post saying the same thing - 4.0 is horrible.</description>

So I switched back to it.
The voice quality in 4.0 is really good, though.</description>
