This started in march 2009. <br><br>You set up your price at an hourly rate converted in italki credits ($1 = 10 ITC). Members would upload resources etc. And then there was the possibility to do language exchange withthe other members, of course. All this was free.<br><br>If you read the older posts on this blog you will see that this is a common method these days. The communities start with free content and when they attracted enough users they offer additional paid or premium content.
